TLS 0.3.1 has been released. It's a bug-fix release, primarily, to fix problems with the secure server.
TLS stands for "Transport Layer Security". It includes SSL, and is the proposed standard that is superceding SSL.
Macrobyte's TLS is software which lets Frontier/Radio operate as a secure web server ("https"), and also allows it to communicate with secure web sites as a client (request secure pages and web services).
This is probably the last version of TLS that will be released before 1.0.

John VanDyk has released a new Frontier/Radio suite, The Tracer Suite.
It shows you the scripts that are executing (in order of their invocation) to help you learn what's going on. Very handy!
Macrobyte Resources has released Conversant, the groupware/CMS platform Script Meridian runs on, among hundreds of other sites.
Conversant runs on Frontier and Radio on Mac 9/X and Windows.

A recent essay by Seth Dillingham explains the optimal methods for building large strings in UserTalk, including why these methods are the fastest.
In order to optimize this process as much as possible, there are two things the scripter needs to remember: "Avoid copying large strings whenever possible," and "trigger the secret in-place append."

UserLand: RFC: MetaWeblog API. "The Blogger API has a very simple idea of what a blog post is. It's basically a string. At the same time the blogging tools have matured, and a deeper API was needed. That became immediately evident as soon as we shipped Titles and Links in Radio. The Blogger API is too narrow to carry the new data. People who develop tools said let's have more."

Greg Pierce's pySlice implements string and list slicing the same way it's done in Python.

Brent Simmons released a Frontier/Radio contextual menu plugin that allows one to run scripts from any app that supports contextual menus (such as the Finder, BBEdit, Eudora, and Internet Explorer).

Eric Soroos has released a monumental Tool for Frontier and Radio developers, the Patch tool.
It's glue for the diff and patch tools on Mac OS X systems. If you don't use Mac OS X it calls a web service that groks diff and patch instead.
