SITE MAP  Don't send a picture the size of a poster to show at the size of a stamp  Size before you send. Some little pictures aren't as small as they look. A 3 megapixel portrait can seem tiny on the screen of a camera phone. The bill for sending it might not be so small!  Can't face a Smiley? Try a Gloomy.  ABOUT Symbols and facial expressions add impact  WHEN EVERY PIXEL COUNTS If you have a phone, you're already a seasoned user of pictures down to the size of a pin head.  .  What would we do without those tiny icons, readable at a glance - in any language? They're not only indispensable. Symbols can be powerful stuff. A symbol stands for more than it represents, and can stir strong feelings. One little shape can say most of all in the smallest space. What's that? A face. Symbols can have different meanings in different cultures, but let's - er - face it, we've all got faces. What was the first thing you ever learned to read? A human face. Smileys are not the only tiny images that say worlds with a wink or a frown.
