Geometric Design and Computation             The Geometric Design and Computation (GDC) research group in theSchool of Computingat the University of Utahhas ongoing reseach projects in many areas of geometric design:computer graphics, modeling (geometric, simulation, and physicallybased), rendering (realistic and non-realistic), virtual prototyping,mechanical design, visualization, animation, telecollaboration, andhuman-computer interaction. This broad base of research interestsallows the group to work in cross disciplinary areas.
