MWA Software are a supplier of JPEG, GIF and Text Editing software components for Borland's Delphi and C++Builder Development Tools. We also supply a general purpose text editor ideal for editing very large text files, and distribute Merge Modules for the Firebird RDMS.
MWA Software was launched in early 1996.
Firebird 2.1.0 Merge Modules Released
Merge Modules for Firebird 2.1.0 have now been released and are available from here. Firebird 2.1.0 is a major new release. Please note that these merge modules were updated at 16:10 GMT 2008/5/15 to correct a dependency error in the fb tools merge module.
Current releases of Firebird 2.0.4 and 1.5.5 are still available.
GIF 1.3.2 Released
The MWA GIF Component Library version 1.3.2 has now been released. This version adds support for Delphi 2007 and C++Builder 2007. It is distributed as a single executable installer for all supported versions of Delphi and C++Builder.
JPEG 1.10 Released
Version 1.10 of the MWA JPEG Component Library has now been released. This version includes support for Delphi 2007 and C++Builder 2007. It also includes support for CMYK JPEGs. This version also marks a change in the installation strategy. Previous versions were distributed in a zip file for each version of Delphi and C++Builder. The new version is distributed as a single Windows Installer package for all supported versions of Delphi and C++Builder. The installer will automatically determine which version(s) to install and register the components with the IDE. A new Vista compatible help file is also included.
