The devices are ranging from mobile devices (mobile phones. PDAs, Table PCs) over conventional PCs up to wall-sized screens (e.g. Powerwall). Typical application domains are Digital Libraries, e-Commerce Websites, Visual Information Seeking System, or map based services. The new interaction concepts are based on a new user interface paradigm called Zoomable Object-Oriented Information Landscape. Further research and teaching activities are in the fields of Usability Engineering (e.g. visual requirement specification) and Information Visualization (e.g. visual analytics). > Our research emphasis.
